We are able to offer this facility as a programme devised by ourselves, in conjunction with the aims and objectives that we discuss with you and your organisation, or to facilitate an organisational programme where guidance and impartiality is considered essential.

Whilst this subject may be considered as training, it is in fact an exercise to understand individual strength and weakness. Only by knowing where weaknesses lie can support be provided, the quicker this is identified the less vulnerable the team is. The composition of teams is very important, you need different teams for different projects or at different stages of organisational development.

New team members need to form with new colleagues, acceptance, relationships, knowledge, understanding and tolerance is essential in order for the team to 'gel' and perform.

We have activities aimed at all levels within an organisation and which can be conducted on the organisation's premises or away from the workplace in a different and appropriate setting that will allow the participants to relax and positively contribute. We can arrange interesting external venues and we also have our own resources to provide weekend exercises, these places are strictly limited.
