Management Level 3

This qualification cover the following competencies:-

  • Planning work activities
  • Planning effective use of resources
  • Creating and maintaining effective working relationships
  • Managing information
  • Managing own performance
  • Managing customer relationships

At this level, candidates will have responsibility for supervising a team and for establishing and maintaining clear channels of communication, both up and down the organisation. There will be some scope for using their initiative in dealing with and solving problems.

Management Level 4

The competencies required at this level are:-

  • Manage work activities to meet business and customer requirements
  • Managing effective use of resources
  • Managing own performance
  • Provide information to support decision making processes
  • Creating and maintaining productive working relationships

At this level, candidates will have responsibility for a team of people and will have authority to deal with staff issues. They will have the scope to identify and make recommendations for improvements.

Operational Management Level 5

The competencies required at this level are:-

  • Managing customer requirements
  • Managing Change
  • Determining the effective use of resources
  • Enhancing effective working relationships
  • Using information to make decisions.
