Learning & Development
This is a truly flexible qualification that can be achieved in a variety of ways to suit individual's needs and job roles. There are two routes to qualification:-
Learning - Design and delivery and evaluation of training sessions and programs
HRD — The identification, planning, contract and evaluation of training programs
At level 3 , the full qualification comprises of 10 units and at level 4 there are 12 units to be completed. Individuals may also choose units that will embed “best practice” within the organisation e.g.
- Training Needs Analysis
- Preparing and implementing training plans
- Coaching skills
- Develop training resources
- Delivering presentations
- Skills demonstrations
- Evaluate and improve training provision
