Assessor A1
This qualification is for candidates who are to assess individual's to NVQ standard within their chosen occupational area. It comprises of one unit from the Learning & Development NVQ Level 3 and covers the following areas:-
- Planning an assessment
- Using a variety of assessment methods including observation, questioning, simulations, prior achievements.
- Judging evidence against the national standard, making a decisions and giving feedback.
- Maintaining the quality and integrity of the NVQ process.
- Managing customer requirements
- Managing Change
- Determining the effective use of resources
- Enhancing effective working relationships
- Using information to make decisions.
